In the most extreme survival conditions, the explorer will observe the very limits of endurance for the human body; such an adventure involves many unpredictable factors, which will certainly disturb Régis Belleville's plans. Bandits, death threats, injured camels, drought and extreme heat at unforeseen periods, and above all sandstorms and the onset of severe dehydration, will remind Régis that Man should never forget that nature is the ultimate master.

 

Trekking 6,000 kilometres on foot, self-sufficient, with only three camels for company, constitutes not only a serious sporting challenge, but an extraordinary human adventure, where Régis Belleville will also be working as a scientist.
